TC Cares is the only public organization non-government party representing the interests of the citizens of Tri-Cities in the Horse Heaven Hills Project Litigation. TCC , Benton County, and the Yakima Nation each filed petitions for judicial review to take our objections to the project to the Washington Supreme Court.

In order to keep fighting, we need your help. We need to know if you will support us in this next phase. Legal fees are paid entirely by your donations. Every dollar will be spent with care on legal expenses required to present the best possible case.

If you are an individual, please donate $100, $250, $500, $1,000 – or whatever you feel good about giving to the cause.    

If you are an organization or business, please consider making a pledge to donate $5,000 or $10,000 or more over the coming year.

When you help us, we advocate in court. We educate. We reach out to people and organizations, teach, talk and present information to anyone who is interested or will listen. We do our best to make sure people understand how this project will impact them.

We care about your privacy. Tri-Cities Cares will not sell or share your personal information without your permission. We will respect any requests that donations be anonymous.

TCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity organization (EIN 88-2759108) formed in June of 2022. We are funded by donations only, almost entirely from individual citizens. 

There are several ways to make donations.

• GoFundMe for Tri-Cities CARES (GoFundMe subtracts a 3% fee from each donation)
